Which is the Bad Guy?

When the US Illegal Internet Gambling Act takes over the news with stories of finances and the world wide web, such a great number of people are starting to wonder what the true difference between Internet gambling and internet commerce is.

Two people are hanging in their bureaus risking money online, while one of them is violating the law, at the same time the other one is not. One of these men is a day seller, and with no respect to how you take this, that businessman is venturing his funds for the possibility to to raise his income. I think that both men use the Internet for one and the same aim. But, the second is currently taking part in an illicit business. Why criminal? As Government of the US is not getting a single cent of profit from the online gambler. It only levies tax money from the day e-trader.

Daily residents of the USA lose millions of dollars on dealing with financial credit documents, not situated in Wall Street offices, but from their family rooms. Such usual men are not trained stock brokers, and they do not obtain any license - still they do not have any official blocks to carry on their illegal business.

Actually, the one single actual differing feature between day trading and online gambling is the amount of money the US Government receives from the industries: Online commerce = large revenues; Gambling Online = no money and lots of casino bonus for gamblers. Today they say that the US Congress is working on the anti-online gambling ban for the exact reason that people are loose all the possible profits each day.

The US Government announces that banned gambling on Internet to save American people from a dangerous free-time activity - and destroy families by causing players lose all their money. Nevertheless they continue to allow unlicensed persons to trade securities, which are not on internet. Perhaps no one would remember today for which reason large buildings have windows that can not be pulled up or opened: it was made on purpose not to let all the day traders from jumping down and being crashed to death after they have lost all their money!

Traders mainly receive advice from person, and now and then they just guess at random. There was a time when everyone was investing and making a lot of money, until this bubble burst and so many people lost everything they had and were left with just a pile of debts.

If online gamblers are famous for something, it's taking an interest in what they do. Almost nobody gambles on Internet on a consistent basis without learning the rules of the games they play, the strategies, the figures and the art of gambling. As online gamblers improve, they play with others at a higher level in top online casinos, but no beginner is forced into a poker room with professionals.

There are real people in our days live on online gambling. Amateur gamblers earn up to $10,000 a month, and while still they do not form the major part, they are the cream of the crop. All these professionals are by this time officially out of work because of the new online gambling ban, and negative online casinos review in the web. And gambling professionals are not the only people left aside. A lot of people around the world are losing their jobs because of the cutbacks in the online gambling industry.

If the US Government wants to save the people from loosing millions of dollars, so why do they now let the legalized version of gambling called e-commerce break the lives of average people?
