It could be difficult to manage a number of employees who have PCs at their desks. You may watch your employees. It could look like a very busy room. Managers with principles had a difficult time in the past. They had to install spyware. Spyware is the name for computer applications that make screenshots, copy text entered from the keyboard, control traffic. With spyware you have more control than you would want. The problem is that you could lose something else. It is not easy to respect and trust people who spy on you.
