Supervising projects is a difficult job that has to do with four traditional components: cost, schedule, duration and quality. A bit more challenging goal is to improve business procedures and resource distribution. The majority of projects utilize such recourses as labour, money, and tools to produce results and hit selected targets. To manage projects successfully one have to deal with several things. Some of them are listed in the next paragraph:

- Establishing goals and conducting analysis.
