When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you want to make the correct choice about your software solution, you have to get to know the differences that exist between these interactions.

An interaction of conversation is an exchange of ideas and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more participants, while an interaction of collaboration is meant for a change of a collaboration entity, for example: achievement of a common goal.

Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the main purpose of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration entity from what has been non-secured and immaterial, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.

Teamwork software is considered to be one type of groupware categories that allow people communicate information and work together on projects.

Its powerful functionality allows users to manage action plans, share documents, track projects, monitor schedules, facilitate business processes, be instantly reminded of any new objectives and things they are involved in. There are a plenty of ways in which this software can be very useful: scheduling events, documents and projects, automating business processes and coordinating work of several departments or even offices.

Automation is a general word these days. Many companies try to promote their solutions to the market. Usually they are quite attractive and have a lot of great features, but it is just the first view. Having assumed all the factors for and against the usage of such programs, I arrive at conclusion that there are 5 reasons for the businessman not to utilize personnel management software.

Reason 1: It requires some money. That is impracticable to search out the free employee management software. In addition to starting fee, you must pay for maintenance, updates and support. Lot of people think that the benefits outweigh the costs. Do not pay for any software if you know that its advantages are not worthy of it.
