Human beings interact in 3 primary ways: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you want to make the correct choice selecting your software technology, you have to get to know the differences that exist between these interactions.

An interaction of conversation is an exchange of ideas and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while an interaction of collaboration is meant for a modification of a substance of collaboration, ex.: achievement of a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the primary objective of the participants is to change the collaboration entity from what has been non-secured and intangible, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for instance a blueprint.

Collaborative software

Collaborative software is considered to be one type of groupware programs that make it easier for people share information and work as a team on projects.

Its remarkable functionality enables project activists to see action plans, exchange documents, track projects, supervise schedules, automate business processes, be promptly reminded of any new objectives and events they are involved in. There are a number of approaches to making these applications useful: managing events, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of two or more departments or even companies.
