Columbia Basin Health Association

It is CBHA’s  mission to provide equal access to quality health care to all persons regardless of age, sex, color, ethnicity, national origin, or the ability to pay.  We live out our mission statement everyday as we deliver our full range of services to people throughout central Washington.  We came together, joined in a common purpose to provide health care to the most vulnerable and have created a primary care delivery system that is recognized as a leader in defining the health care home model.

Country Doctor Community Health Centers

Our mission is to improve the health of our community by providing high quality, caring, culturally appropriate primary health care that addresses the needs of people regardless of their ability to pay.  At our Carolyn Downs and Country Doctor sites in Seattle, our providers, support staff and administrative employees all are committed to providing a humane, caring environment that respects our patient’s dignity, while acting both as the patient’s individual health advocate and as their advocate with the community at large to ensure that they receive the health care services they need.

Community Health of Snohomish County

Community Health Center of Snohomish County provides affordable medical and dental care. We welcome patients who are on Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible we offer a discount fee program. Our mission is to provide our diverse community with access to high quality, affordable primary health care.

Family Health Centers

Family Health Centers has locations in Bridgeport, Omak, Okanogan, Brewster, Oroville, Tonasket and Twisp. Each community health center is as unique as the town in which it is located, but all share the same mission: To provide high quality primary health care in the communities we serve regardless of the ability to pay. We are the only Joint Commission accredited health care provider in Okanogan County.

Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers

Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers (LRCHC), is a tribal owned entity that serves the tribal communities of Inchelium and Keller in Ferry County as well as the surrounding areas off the reservation. Comprehensive programs and services are provided at these facilities and include the following: medical, dental, lab, radiology, podiatry, optometry, pharmacy, and physical therapy. The Tribes provide collaborative and complementary health services in the communities such as mental health, substance abuse, social services, community health, WIC, nutrition, maternal support services and community outreach which are co-located with the health services.

NeighborCare Health

We are the largest provider of primary medical, dental and behavioral health care services in the Seattle area focusing on low-income and uninsured families and individuals, seniors on fixed incomes, immigrants, and the homeless. Each year we care for about 65,000 patients at our 28 non-profit medical, dental and school-based clinics. We ask everyone to pay what they can, but no one is turned away due to inability to pay. Seattle Indian Health Board

The Seattle Indian Health Board (SIHB) is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in the State of Washington. We provide community health care and services targeting the urban American Indian and Alaska Native population in the greater Seattle/King County area. Although some services and programs are offered to eligible Native patients only, most primary care services are available to everyone regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, sexual orientation or inability to pay. Valley View Health Center

As one of the fastest growing community health centers in the region, Valley View Health Center offers primary medical, pediatric, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services, with a number of our clinics structured after an integrated model to health care service delivery. Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic serves over 141,000 people across 19 medical clinics, 10 dental clinics, and 57 programs in two states. We have expanded medical care to include dental, orthodontia, nutrition counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health services.
